Ryan is Januarys Athlete of the Month! Ryan has to travel all over the world being a Delta Pilot, that takes him to Japan, Amsterdam,Korea and everywhere in between. Even with jet lag, limited time and hotel gym space, Ryan always makes an effort to get the daily WOD in with whatever equipment he has available. He isn’t afraid to message and ask the coach what he can substitute if something isn’t doable and knows that even with limited sleep if he’s at least moving it will be a win for that day. On top of being extremely consistent Ryan is very coachable and is always willing to listen and push outside his comfort zone at times, if you don’t believe me just ask him about his “Barbara” experience! Ryans hard work and determination doesn’t go unnoticed and that’s why he’s our member of the month! Don’t be afraid to reach out and ask him how he got so popular.

I am a Husband, Father of 3 adult girls, and in my spare time an airline pilot. We are a family that absolutely loves to travel when we have the time as you might be able to tell in our pictures! Mark Hearndon and Bruce Nimmo talked me into an intro assessment that Gary Williams provided. Casey suggested my wife Martha try it also, since she wanted to watch what was going on, and here we are 3 years later.
What CrossFit Means To You:
Crossfit means being fit and well rounded. We enjoy the friendships we have made and how being fit makes us feel, even the sore parts.
Advice For Someone New Or Considering Trying CrossFit:
Just give it a try!
