Bio
Deanna Bauman has impacted countless patients, families, and athletes through her dedication to saving and enhancing lives through fitness.
Family is at the top of Deanna’s list. Deanna is married to her High School sweetheart and is the mother of their three young men. She is the ultimate “boys” mom always at a sporting event or training in the gym. She loves to run, workout, ride bikes, and coach others at the sport of fitness.
Deanna is a Certified Personal Trainer who has been involved with Crossfit since 2014. She has additional certifications in Aerobic Capacity and is a Crossfit Level 2 Coach. Deanna thrives on helping people cultivate better lives and finds joy in sharing in her clients “aha!” moments.
