Bio

Fitness has been a part of my life since I was 16 years old. I had always lived with the understanding that in order to keep the figure I wanted, I had to spend countless hours at the gym. While my life was getting more and more chaotic as I pursued my career as an attorney, I realized I needed to simplify my workout routineā€¦ insert CrossFit. Not only did CrossFit simplify my workout routine, it totally shook my understanding of what a workout regimen looked like. I was hooked from the beginning! As I dug more and more into my own pursuit of CrossFit, I was becoming more and more engulfed in the community as a whole. I am fortunate to be in a position to help direct women (young and old) toward a pursuit of fitness that I know to be more rewarding and more fulfilling than the countless hours at the gym.
