This Program is designed with the beginner in mind. Starting any new fitness program with more experienced people can be frustrating and nerve-racking. That's why we give you your own personal coach throughout the 6 weeks to help ease your transition.

- 2 Coach assisted classes
- 4+ weeks of Unlimited classes
- 30 minute Basic Nutrition Discussion
- Weekly follow up calls with a coach to help you stay on top of your goals

Regular CrossFit Class Options
- 13 Classes per week
- Unlimited Classes (plus access to Open Gym)
CrossFit Lite Class Option
- CrossFit Lite is a scaled down version of our regular CrossFit classes
We offer a few different Personal Training packages to meet your needs. Our personal training options allow more flexibility given your busy schedule. They also allow our coaches to pay 100% attention to you and your goals. These sessions can be ongoing or can provide you with a more solid foundation as you prepare for group classes.
